AA Meeting at Oakwood
Alcoholics Anonymous is a self-supporting self-help group that meets at various locations throughout the world. Oakwood hosts an AA meeting on Mondays at 6:30pm. It is a “closed meeting” which means that it’s for individuals with a desire to stop drinking (and not for the general public). There is no cost to attend any AA meetings. There are also no age or education requirements to participate. Membership is open to anyone who wants to do something about their drinking problem. AA’s primary purpose is to help alcoholics to achieve sobriety.
